Walter Gordon Hogg Service Number 12916 Lieutenant Royal Irish Rifles 15th Battalion
Walter was born in 1895 in Belfast of parents Walter Gordon and Charlotte Hogg, 118 Victoria Road, North Southsea, Portsmouth, England.
Walter was killed in action on 24 May 1917 during a night time raid on German trenches and is buried at Pond Farm Cemetery, Heuvelland, Belgium.

Walter’s father received a War Gratuity of £133.
Walter’s name is included on the Presbyterian Roll of Honour.
