Ben hails from seaside Portstewart, but is NOT a big fan of Ice Cream. He was a member of Portstewart Presbyterian, the church he grew up in.He was involved in both the activities for young people |

He has been married to Alison for 14 years and they have three children, David, Matthew and Emma.
The sands of time mean that He now enjoys watching rather that participating in most sports although does coach mini rugby in Ballyclare.
He has a self confessed “unhealthy passion” for Leeds United.
in the church as well as leading and speaking in the Sunday services. Ben has been very involved for the last few years with a youth discipleship organisation which specialises in small group programmes and short term mission. It was through his experiences here that his faith was really fanned into flame.
Ben continues to have a keen interest in mission. He has recently completed theological studies, where he had the opportunity to study in the USA and England as well as in Northern Ireland. Ben loves football, and tries to run as much as he can. Ben joined the McQuiston team in the summer of 2008.
