robert Robert grew up in east Belfast in connection with the congregation of St Andrew’s where he came to faith. He was employed in the Northern Ireland Civil Service for a number of years before returning to study history and theology at Queen’s University, and Union Theological College. Following his assistantship in Rathcoole church, he was called to minister in the congregation of Raloo in rural east Antrim before returning to Belfast in 2001 to take up the call to McQuiston
